ENGAGE / REQUEST

Request engagement.

When you know what you need: describe the problem, environment and outcome. Scope proposal first; contract and invoice only after we agree. See also the collaboration terms.

Before you send, read the collaboration terms — scope, legal boundaries and billing.

Checklist before engagement

  • problem and expected outcome in 5–10 sentences
  • environment and access (VPN, accounts, change window)
  • start timing and criticality
  • decision-maker who can approve scope
  • whether forensic material / logs will be needed — do not paste them into the form

Engagement boundaries

  • no testing third-party networks or bypassing third-party controls
  • no “full SOC” without written scope
  • the form is a request to take the work — not an automatic start

I usually reply within 1 business day. The inquiry is stored on the server; you get a confirmation from hello@tomek.st. Sending does not commit you to a contract.
